No. We track your flight number, and your pickup slides automatically with the actual landing time. You get 30 minutes of free waiting after wheels-down, extended to 60 minutes for international arrivals clearing customs. Land at 2 a.m. instead of 11 p.m. and the driver is still there, sign in hand.

Is the fare really fixed? What about causeway traffic and tolls?

Fixed means fixed. Tolls, parking, fuel and normal waiting are baked into the quote, and traffic is our problem to solve, not a surcharge. There is no surge pricing on Friday nights, during Art Basel, or when it rains - the times ride-hail apps love most are exactly when our price stays put.

Can you drop me right at my hotel on Ocean Drive or Espanola Way?

As close as the city allows, which our drivers know block by block. Parts of Ocean Drive and all of Espanola Way and Lincoln Road are pedestrian zones, so the driver stops at the nearest legal point - usually within a few steps of the door - and helps with bags. You will not be dropped at a vague pin two blocks out.

We are six people with beach gear. Which vehicle should we book?

The Business SUV: six passengers, six full-size bags, and room for strollers, umbrellas and boards, from $105. Bigger crews take the 14-seat Mercedes Sprinter from $135 - one vehicle, one price, everyone arrives at the rental together. Child seats are installed on request for a small fixed fee.

Around the clock. A 4:30 a.m. pickup on Collins Avenue for a 7 a.m. departure is a daily event for us. You get a confirmation the night before with your driver details, and the car waits outside the lobby - no refreshing an app at dawn hoping someone accepts the trip.

Easily - PortMiami is practically on the way, just off the MacArthur Causeway. The hop from most South Beach hotels to your terminal takes 15-25 minutes. We time drop-offs to your embarkation window and can schedule the return pickup for disembarkation morning too.

What about trips beyond the beach - Wynwood, downtown, Fort Lauderdale?

All bookable at flat rates. Local rides around Miami Beach and across the bay start at $75; longer runs like Fort Lauderdale, FLL airport or Palm Beach are long-distance trips from $129, quoted exactly before you confirm. Hourly hire is available when you want the car to wait between stops.

What is the cancellation policy?

Plans change, especially vacation plans. Cancel up to 24 hours before pickup for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, contact us and we will do our best to rebook or resolve it fairly - flight cancellations that we can verify are never held against you.
