MIA South Beach is a private ground transportation service operated by FG Twelve LLC, 1221 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900, Miami, FL 33131, USA. This policy explains what information we collect through miasouthbeach.com and our booking channels, and how it is used.

Information we collect

To arrange your ride we collect the details a booking needs: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, travel date and time, flight number, passenger and luggage counts, and any notes you add, such as child seat requests or a building’s gate instructions.

Payment card details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe) and never touch our own servers. Like most websites, we also receive routine technical data - browser type, pages viewed and approximate region - used only to keep the site running and understand how visitors use it.

How we use your information

Booking details are used for exactly one purpose: performing the transportation you requested. That covers assigning a driver, tracking your flight, contacting you about the pickup, and processing payment. Your contact information may receive booking confirmations, driver details and trip-related updates.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it beyond the driver assigned to your trip, our payment processor, and the service providers strictly required to operate the booking system.

Flight tracking

When you give us a flight number, we query flight status services to follow arrival times and adjust your pickup automatically. Those lookups use the flight number only - none of your personal details are passed along.

Data retention and your rights

Booking records are kept for the period Florida and federal law require for accounting and compliance, then deleted or anonymized. You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask for its deletion where the law allows, by writing to [email protected].

Cookies

The site uses a small number of functional cookies - for example, remembering an in-progress booking between pages. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes affecting how bookings are handled will be flagged in the booking flow.
